Welcome to our shop! We hand craft each piece upon receipt of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks processing for each order. Each item is hand stamped and shaped, and any imperfections simply add to the character of the piece. No two pieces will be alike.
Payment
We accept payments through Pay Pal. Within Pay Pay, you have the option of paying with your Pay Pal account or a credit card. We will begin creating your piece once payment has been received.
Shipping
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing, as all items are custom made. All items ship via USPS First Class Mail, and include a delivery confirmation. International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class mail, but cannot be tracked. Please email us at theprettypoppy.gmail.com for rush orders and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Insurance is available for an additional fee. Please email us if you would like to add insurance to your order. Once we mail our items, we have no control over how the post office handles our packages. Though we haven't had a problem with items getting lost before, insurance is the best option to protect your items while they travel through the postal system.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges, as all of our products are custom made. We do want you to be happy with your purchase, so please let us know if you are not satisfied and we will work with you.
Please remember that your necklace is a piece of fine jewelry. The chains we use are beautiful, but also very delicate and should be protected from rough handling. They are not child proof, nor child safe. We cannot be held responsible for broken chains. Our necklace clasps are guaranteed for 30 days from receipt.
Care instructions:
To ensure your jewelry stays beautiful for years, store your piece in the included plastic bag. DO NOT use silver cleaner on your piece as it will remove the oxidation (which is what makes the lettering dark.) Use only the included polishing pad. The Pretty Poppy is not responsible for any damage to your piece due to the application of silver cleaner. More polishing pads are available to order through our shop.
